In terms of your therapy sessions, clients are able to request a specific type of therapy such as CBT, however it is recommended that the therapist will integrate various modalities when they feel it is appropriate to do so, depending on the requirements of the client. This provides a person-centered approach which encompasses more tools and techniques, making it a more effective method.

Therapy is different for everyone, so it important to be aware that there is no 'one shoe fits all' approach.

Various factors need to be taken into consideration such as the severity of your issues, number of problems and how you react to therapy itself.

To start of, I would recommend a single session to which I can learn about you in more detail.

Going forward from there, most clients will then purchase a package of 6 further sessions.

Which type of therapy is best suited for me?

Is it confidential?

Confidentiality is a fundamental principle in therapy that aims to establish a safe and trusting environment for clients. Therapists are ethically bound to enforce strict confidentiality rules to protect the information clients disclose during therapy sessions.

Please note, there are specific exceptions when confidentiality can be breached to safeguard the client or comply with legal obligations.

Talk in Therapy is for everyone.

All communication is online, from emails, voice calls and video calls. This allows for us to connect regards if you are based in the UK as I am the majority of time, to all corners of the globe. Factors like working abroad and even going on holiday do not create borders but now allow therapy to work around you and your lives.
