Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Solution Focused Therapy

SFT is a goal-oriented approach that focuses on finding solutions to problems rather than dwelling on the problems themselves. It involves identifying and building on a person's strengths and resources to help them create positive change and achieve their desired outcome.

Compassion Focused Therapy

Mindfullness Based Therapy

Many struggle with intrusive thoughts. MBCT is a grounding technique to centre you and focus on the 'here and now.' It involves observing one's thoughts, feelings, and sensations with acceptance and non-reactivity. They can also be used for immediate relief from difficult thoughts and unhealthy emotions.
